Hello! I am DeAnna Rock and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in, both in NC and SC. I've spent several years working with individuals with serious mental illness, Major Depression, Post Traumatic Stress, Addiction, Grief and Loss. I have been a Licensed Nurse and Licensed Professional Counselor for many years. I provide counseling for individuals of all ages, and have specialized training in treatment of post-traumatic stress, depression,, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, as well as children and adolescents. I can provide Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments and assist with medication management. I am Nationally Certified in Trauma Therapy; find me on the TFCBT.ORG website. My counseling style is person centered and emotion focused. I have been described as easy to talk with, supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a good sense of humor and always non-judgmental. Often in therapy we will focus on identifying your strengths and helping you maximize those abilities that are already a part of you. I'm here to help sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest, without fear of judgment.
